Digital Media Consultation for Clinicians

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in digital media strategy and executive leadership, building and overseeing large-scale online platforms and audiences. I now practice clinically as a therapist and digital wellbeing educator. This consultation draws on both backgrounds: understanding how digital platforms and ecosystems function, and how serious clinical ideas can be translated and positioned thoughtfully within them.

Over time, colleagues and institutions began reaching out for perspective on navigating the digital landscape. This page formalizes that work.

I approach this work with a critical understanding of how influencer culture, algorithmic incentives, and monetization models shape—and often diminish—clinical nuance in professional and public discourse.
